"Project Management and the Rise of Worker Sovereignty", Speaker: Jon Vordermark, North (Cabarrus & Huntersville) Virtual Meeting

Business Acumen

Project Management and the Rise of Worker Sovereignty

With the normalization of remote flexibility and worker independence, project work has become more gig-centric and fractional than ever before. More and more Project Managers are exploring careers outside of traditional, employee-centric models. In some cases, this means a gigantic leap into self employment and Worker Sovereignty©.

  • In a post-COVID age, project managers have before them a new frontier of freedom, growth, and earning potential. Jon will discuss the evolution of this new work paradigm and shed more light on the pathway to achieve it.
