VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
Anna Maddox is the Volunter of the Month
Anna Maddox has been a valuable addition to the Programs team from day 1, nearly two years ago, first as a Chair of the Uptown Community and in her current role as Director of the Metro region. In addition to her Chair duties, she was also instrumental in recruiting and training new team members. Anna was promoted to Director and helped build up her team and provide continuity across her three communities; Charlotte, Ballantyne and University.
As a Director peer, Anna is very collaborative and supportive. Her inquisitive nature drives positive changes in process. This quarter she introduced a new planning tool and led our first quarterly Director-led meeting this year. Later this month, Anna will be presenting, “Virtual whiteboarding tools. A beginner’s guide to Miro and Mural” at our Fayetteville Community meeting.

PMI Metrolina is pleased to announce the election of five members to the PMI Metrolina Board of Directors. The new/re-elected board members include

- Nealand Lewis, VP of Professional Development
- Rich Sauser, VP of Marketing
- Kevin Yount, VP of Technology
“I am pleased to welcome Alyssa and Kevin as new Board members and Jason, Nealand and Rich as our returning Board Members” said Branden Coleman, President of PMI Metrolina. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise in their areas and will be tremendous assets to our Chapter as we further our mission of moving the profession forward.”
As part of the PMI family, the Metrolina Chapter creates professional communities throughout North Carolina that deliver project resources, tools, and a platform to network to help advance the careers of our members and the profession.
